Our NEW unique ‘Just Move’ packages have been specially designed to support our community to start moving in the easiest, simplest and safest way – all with the additional support of our professional and friendly wellness professionals. The aim of this membership is to help you build confidence to make small steps towards a more active and healthier lifestyle, so if you have any health or wellness concerns, lack confidence, don’t know where to start, or are unsure what activities are suitable for you, our Just Move membership could be for you.

You can apply for our ‘Alive Just Move’ membership packages if:

  • You consider yourself sedentary
  • You have a history of a heart attack, stroke or pulmonary disease
  • You have controlled, stable diabetes or are pre-diabetic
  • You have high (but medicated) blood pressure
  • You have high cholesterol levels
  • You are concerned about your weight
  • You are concerned about your hip to waist ratio
  • You have mild to moderate rheumatoid arthritis or osteoporosis
  • You have mild to moderate depression, stress, or anxiety.
  • You are rehabilitating from recent injury, illness, or disease
  • You want to be proactive in fall prevention
  • You have any other medical condition that you feel might be helped by becoming more active
