Exercising can help to improve a multitude of health conditions as well as aiding recovery from illness or operation. It is also highly beneficial in helping to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Alive offer a “Wellness Referral Scheme” and work alongside a number of local health partners, including GP surgeries, QEH Cardiac Unit, McMillan, Neuro Rehab Unit and wellbeing teams to ensure all types of exercise pathways are in place.
