Health and wellbeing is always considered more valuable after we lose it. At Alive we believe that if you want to feel better, have more energy, and even add years to your lifespan, then exercise can really help

Everyone can benefit from exercise regardless of age or physical ability. Exercise can help you to maintain a healthy weight, and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Exercising can help to improve certain health conditions, and aid recovery. It is also highly beneficial in helping to improve mental health and wellbeing.

Alive Fitness offer a “Lifestyle Referral Scheme” and work alongside a number of local health partners, including GP surgeries, QEH Cardiac Unit, McMillan, Neuro Rehab Unit and wellbeing teams to ensure all types of exercise pathways are in place.

If you haven’t exercised in a long while, have existing or ongoing health conditions, or concerns, speak to your doctor before starting a new exercise programme.
