What we are doing to keep you safe

The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority. To keep you safe whilst using our facilities we have implemented a number of measures in line with government and industry guidance. Below are the generic measures which should be read alongside the specific user guidance for the activity you are attending.

Signs and Symptoms of COVID-19 and Isolation

Check for COVID-19 symptoms and health conditions

Before attending any sporting activities, all participants, officials, volunteers and spectators should self-assess for symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19). These are:

  • a high temperature
  • a new, continuous cough
  • a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

If you, or anyone you live with, have one or more of these symptoms you should not attend any sporting activity, even if your symptoms are mild. You should follow NHS guidance on testing and self-isolation.

If you have been informed that you need to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace (or are required to self-isolate in relation to travel), you must do so. You should not leave your isolation location in order to participate in sport and physical activity. You can find more information in the NHS guidance on how to self-isolate.

NHS Test and Trace and Booking

There is no formal requirement to collect personal information for NHS Test and Trace but we will be adding users to our system as normal and in line with our Privacy Policy  available on our website. We will continue to support NHS Test and Trace with customer information as requested.

All activities except Swimming and Alive Adventures to be booked in advance. Whilst we are still encouraging you to book for your sessions and this is our preferred option, this is no longer necessary. We will still be operating at a reduced capacity so we can advise that you do book ahead to avoid disappointment. If we reach capacity and you have not pre-booked your slot you will need to wait until there is a space for you to enter. Fast Track will only be available to those who have pre-booked.

Once you have registered above or if you have an Alive Card you can activate your account for online bookings here Once you have activated your account you can book online here.  You can save this website link as a shortcut on your phone and it will appear like an app.

Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance of the activity.
